Cancellation Policy

Interior Design by Pearl LLC Thank you for choosing Interior Design by Pearl LLC. These Design Consultation Terms & Policies are intended to ensure that you understand what is included in your consultation and what to expect before, during, and after your appointment. By booking and paying for a Design Consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. 1. Design Consultation Service A Design Consultation is a focused professional interior design advisory session intended to provide guidance, ideas, recommendations, and professional design expertise based on the information available and the matters discussed during the scheduled consultation. Depending on your project and priorities, consultation topics may include: • Space planning and furniture placement • Furniture and décor selections • Paint and color recommendations • Lighting • Rugs and window treatments • Materials and finishes • Styling and accessorizing • Review of furnishings, finishes, or products you are considering • Design problem-solving • Project priorities and recommended next steps The consultation is advisory in nature and does not include the services provided under a Full- Service Interior Design engagement unless separately agreed to in writing. 2. Consultation Fee & Payment The Design Consultation fee is $200/hour. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received. The consultation fee reserves Pearl's professional time specifically for you and your project. 3. What Is Not Included Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the Design Consultation does not include: • Detailed architectural or construction drawings • CAD or Revit drawings • Photorealistic 3D renderings • Detailed furniture or finish schedules • Procurement or purchasing on the client's behalf • Order tracking • Receiving or warehousing • Delivery or installation management • Contractor or trade coordination • Construction administration • Project management • Written specifications or extensive post-consultation research • Ongoing design support following the consultation If you require additional assistance after the consultation, Interior Design by Pearl may recommend Designer By Your Side, Full-Service Interior Design, or another appropriate service. 4.
